    The remaining balance must be credited to our account prior to guest check-in.

    We do not collect balance payments from guests on behalf of the agent.

⚠️ Cancellation & Retention

    Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival date are fully refundable.

    Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the arrival date incur a 100% retention charge.

    No-shows or early check-outs will be charged for the full duration of the booked stay.
